Romantik Advent calendar 2020

1. conditions of participation
The organiser of the competition is Romantik Hotels & Restaurants AG, Kaiserstraße 53, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, contact: info@romantikhotels.com. Participation in the competition is subject exclusively to the conditions listed here. By registering for the competition, these conditions of participation are expressly accepted.

2. participation
Participation in the competition requires filling out the winning form deposited in the Instagram-Bio as well as under the respective Facebook post on the social media pages of Romantik Hotels & Restaurants.
 
3. eligible to participate
(a) Eligibility for participation is open to all natural persons who
- participate voluntarily
- are over 18 years old

(b) Each participant will only be evaluated once. Multiple entries will not be considered.

4. exclusion from the competition
(a) Employees of the Romantik Hotels & Restaurants AG hotel cooperation, the participating cooperation partners and their respective relatives are excluded from participation.

(b) Anyone who provides false personal data is also excluded.

(c) In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation, Romantik Hotels & Restaurants AG reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition.

5. Subject and procedure of the competition
(a) The following prizes will be raffled among all participants in the period from 01.12.2020 to 24.12.2020:

1x 3 Romantik snack packs including 1 mini stollen from the Romantik Hotel Schwanefeld and 1 set of 8 chocolates from the Romantik Hotel Im Weissen Rössl am Wolfgangsee
2x one 50 Euro Romantik voucher each
1x voucher for participation in a cooking course with star chef Jörg Sackmann at the Romantik Hotel Sackmann for 2 persons
1x romantic dinner voucher worth EUR 235
1x Romantik gourmet voucher worth EUR 355
3x one game each of the White Horse + one 50 EUR romantic value voucher each
1x coffee package with three different types of coffee from Romantik Hotel Scheelehof
1x 100 Euro voucher

(b) The competition takes place in the period from 01.12.2020 to 24.12.2020.

(c) The drawing of the winner is arbitrary and is carried out randomly.

6. announcement of the winner
(a) The winners will be notified within fourteen (14) working days at the e-mail address provided by them in the respective prize form. 

(b) The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. If the prize cannot be correctly allocated in the course of the competition due to incorrect data, the participant shall not be entitled to claim the prize.

7. distribution of prizes
(a) The following prizes will be raffled in the period from 01.12.2020 to 24.12.2020:
1x 3 Romantik snack packages including 1 mini stollen from the Romantik Hotel Schwanefeld and 1 set of 8 chocolates from the Romantik Hotel Im Weissen Rössl am Wolfgangsee

(b) A cash payment of the prize is excluded.

8. data protection
(a) The participant expressly agrees that the personal data provided by the participant in connection with this competition may be collected, processed and used by Romantik Hotels & Restaurants AG for the purpose of carrying out the competition and possible prize processing in compliance with data protection regulations.

(b) For the rest, we refer to the validity of our data protection regulations (https://www.romantikhotels.com/de/datenschutz/).

(c) The participant is free at any time to revoke the above-mentioned consent to storage by written revocation to Romantik Hotels & Restaurants AG. In this case, the participant is excluded from the distribution of profits.

According to the regulations of the EU data protection basic regulation, you can assert the following rights against us:

-Right of rectification
-Right to restrict processing
-Right to delete / Right to be forgotten
-right to data transferability
-Right of objection

9. change of the conditions of participation
Romantik Hotels & Restaurants AG reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time as well as to terminate or interrupt the competition without prior notice if there is good cause. The organiser is entitled to exclude participants from participation without prior notice if there is an important reason.

10. Liability
Comments that violate the Instagram and Facebook guidelines, German law and/or copyright will be removed without notice once they are known. The participant is thus excluded from the competition.

11. final clauses
(a) Exclusively applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

(b) These conditions of participation, including the competition mechanics, represent the final regulations for the competition. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.

(c) Legal recourse is excluded.

(d) This promotion is not affiliated with Instagram and Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Instagram and Facebook. The recipient of the information you provide is not Instagram or Facebook, but the person responsible for this site. The information you provide will only be used for this contest.
